Filmmaker Subhash Ghai, Crest Ventures, and Mukta Arts have leased a 7,500 sq ft commercial property in Mumbai's Andheri West for a monthly rent of ₹3.38 lakh, reports stated. The five-year lease agreement includes a security deposit of ₹24.66 lakh. The rent increases by 5% annually, reaching ₹4.11 lakh/month in the last year and totalling rental value at ₹2.24 crore.
