After a student was allegedly gang-raped at a law college in Kolkata, BJP leader Sukanta Majumdar said, "Until (West Bengal Chief Minister) Mamata Banerjee remains the CM, such incidents will keep on happening." Sukanta stated, "The rapists have no fear, they know TMC will protect them." The police have arrested three accused in the case.
