Sona Comstar ex-Chairman Sunjay Kapur's mother Rani sought postponement of firm's AGM alleging she was "coerced" into signing documents behind locked doors without knowing their contents. Calling Sunjay's death "suspicious and unexplained", she said, "I've been totally denied access to my accounts." She claimed there's a conspiracy to usurp her "family legacy" by misusing documents she signed.
