Documents and WhatsApp chat messages submitted to the Delhi High Court by actress Karisma Kapoor's children allege that their billionaire father Sunjay Kapur had expressed, around April-May 2025, that he was in the process of obtaining Portuguese citizenship for them. This was for tax benefits at the time of inheritance, the suit claims. Sunjay passed away in June.
