Sunteck Realty's stock jumped by 5% after the company revealed plans to issue 1.18 crore convertible warrants priced at ₹425 each, which will bring in ₹500 crore. Of these warrants, about 65% are earmarked for promoters, while the remaining 35% will be allocated to non-promoters. Notably, prominent investor Mukul Mahavir Agrawal is set to receive 17.65 lakh warrants.
