The Supreme Court has acquitted three men who were accused of killing a 10-year-old boy in the year 2007, who went missing while guarding his family’s mango orchard. The Supreme Court said that suspicion however strong, cannot replace evidence. An appeal was filed by the accused men against the Uttarakhand High Court’s judgment.
