The Supreme Court on Monday granted the custody of techie Atul Subhash's four-year-old son to his estranged wife Nikita Singhania, whom he had accused of harassment before dying by suicide. Atul's mother Anju Devi had sought his custody. During a January 7 hearing on his custody, Supreme Court said Anju Devi was "virtually a stranger to the child".
