The Supreme Court has dismissed an appeal filed by INC member Ajmera Shyam, challenging the election of BRS party MLA Kova Laxmi from Asifabad, Telangana constituency. The Court held that merely because a returned candidate has not disclosed certain information related to the assets, courts should not rush to invalidate the election.
