Supreme Court (SC) on January 22 will take up suo moto case related to rape and murder of trainee doctor at RG Kar Hospital in Kolkata. This comes amid calls for death penalty to convict Sanjay Roy after a Sealdah court announced a life term for him. SC will also hear plea filed by the victim's parents demanding further probe.
