The Supreme Court has upheld JSW Steel's ₹19,700 crore resolution plan for Bhushan Power and Steel Ltd (BPSL). Earlier, a two-judge bench of the apex court had rejected the plan and directed the liquidation of the bankrupt company. The latest order also discarded a plea by the committee of creditors (CoC) seeking an additional ₹6,100 crore.
