Surana Solar Ltd divests 100% stake in Surana Technologies Pvt Ltd (STPL). Baidyanath Power Private Limited (BPPL) now holds a majority stake, making STPL no longer a subsidiary. Surana Solar transferred a 49% equity stake for ₹4.15 crore, with the sale expected to conclude by September 30, 2025. STPL previously held a 25-year PPA for a 54 MW solar project.
