Congress leader Jairam Ramesh reacted after Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump spoke to each other on the phone and discussed India-Pakistan conflict. "It is surprising that President Trump and Putin are speaking about India…Pakistan...What is the truth?" Jairam said. "We want the PM [Modi] to clarify the truth...He is completely silent on America's role," he added.
