Radio Begum, Afghanistan's only women-led radio station, will resume its broadcast after Taliban lifted its suspension. The permission was granted after the station “pledged...to operate in line...with the policies of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan,” the Taliban Ministry of Information and Culture announced. This comes after Taliban officials suspended its operations after a February 4 raid.
