A man was killed and another was injured when a Thar SUV rammed into them while they were walking on a pavement in Delhi's high-security Chanakyapuri area on Sunday. A picture of the vehicle shows its left front tyre detached. The driver told police he had dozed off, reports said, adding that liquor bottles were recovered from the car.
