Swiggy has hiked its platform fee to ₹14 in some areas due to high order volumes amid the festive season, according to multiple reports. The move is reportedly temporary in nature. Notably, the food delivery major first introduced a platform fee of ₹2 in 2023 and with this hike, the fee has increased by 600% so far.
