Swiggy announced that it's exiting Rapido by selling its entire 12% stake for ₹2,400 crore. It'll sell 10 equity shares and 1,63,990 compulsorily convertible preference shares of Rapido operator Roppen Transportation to Prosus for ₹1,968 crore. Westbridge will buy the remaining shares worth ₹431.5 crore. Swiggy is exiting Rapido over a potential conflict of interest as it enters food delivery.
