Germany has charged Syrian teenager Mohammad A with supporting Islamic State (IS) over a failed IS-inspired attack plot targeting a Taylor Swift concert in Austria's Vienna last year. He allegedly helped the would-be attacker by translating Arabic bomb-building instructions and connecting him with a member of IS online. Police had earlier arrested several suspects over the failed attack.
