On July 15, 2025, Syrma SGS Technology Ltd signed a Joint Venture Agreement with its subsidiary and South Korea’s Shinhyup Electronics. The JV will manufacture multi-layer and flexible PCBs. Syrma will hold a 75% stake and control board appointments. This move enhances Syrma’s product portfolio and boosts its electronics manufacturing capacity in India.
