Former CM and Congress leader Harish Rawat condemned the bus accident in Uttarakhand's Rudraprayag in which at least three people lost their lives. "Such incidents happened last year too... It seems that our system is not learning from them. The state's prestige is linked to this yatra," Rawat said. The bus was going uphill towards Badrinath when driver lost control.
