Palakkad MLA Rahul Mamkootathil attended Kerala Assembly on Monday, marking his first public outing since sexual assault allegations were levelled against him. Mamkootathil, who was suspended from Congress’ primary membership was also forced to step down as Youth Congress state president after the allegations surfaced. He arrived in the Assembly along with the Youth Congress district president.
