Take Solutions reported Q2 FY26 consolidated net profit of ₹6.29 crore, reversing a ₹1.58 crore loss in Q2 FY25. Revenue remained nil, similar to Q2 FY25, after Q1 FY26’s ₹0.04 crore. Profit growth was driven by discontinued operations of Ecron Acunova. Promoter Esyspro Infotech sold 5.10% stake for ₹52.78 lakh in Nov 2025.
