The Taliban-led Afghanistan government has condemned the car blast near Red Fort that killed at least 12 people. "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan...expresses its deep sorrow to the families of those killed, the government and people of India, and wishes the injured a speedy recovery," it said.
