The Taliban administration reportedly rejected US President Donald Trump's demand to return US-made weapons worth $7 billion. The ammunition was left by the US military while exiting Afghanistan in 2021, when Taliban assumed control. Taliban insisted that they will require ammunition and advance weapons to fight ISIS-K and Islamic State Khorasan, an official said.
