Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM) national president Upendra Kushwaha clarified on Saturday that NDA's seat-sharing talks have not come to an end for Bihar assembly elections amid rumours. "The talks are not yet concluded...If someone is planting news, it's deceit, it's betrayal," Kushwaha stated in a post on X. The two-phased Bihar elections will take place on November 6 and 11.
