A 35-year-old childless woman in UP died after a brutal exorcism allegedly performed by a self-styled tantrik. The family alleges that the tantrik promised to “cure" the woman's infertility for ₹1 lakh. It claimed that he forcefully dragged her, strangled her, and tried to make her drink toilet water.
