IPO-bound Tata Capital will reduce its post-money equity valuation by 5% ahead of its listing between October 6-8, Moneycontrol reported citing sources. The valuation now stands at $15.7 billion (₹1.39 lakh crore) from the earlier planned $16.5 billion (₹1.46 lakh crore). The issue size now stands at $1.75 billion (₹15,540 crore) from the earlier proposed $1.85 billion (₹16,400 crore).
