IPO-bound Tata Capital has issued shares worth ₹4,641.8 crore to eligible domestic and foreign anchor investors ahead of the launch of its mega IPO. LIC has emerged as the biggest anchor investor in the Tata Capital IPO. The IPO will open on October 6 and close on October 8, aiming to raise ₹15,512 crore at the upper price band.
