Tata Capital’s ₹15,511.87 crore IPO, the largest Indian IPO this year, has been fully subscribed on its final day of subscription on October 8. According to latest data, the IPO received bids for 33.48 crore shares against the 33.34 crore shares on offer. Qualified institutional buyers category was subscribed 1.18 times, led by demand from mutual funds and foreign investors.
