Tata Capital is set to launch the $2 billion (around ₹17,200-crore) IPO in the week starting September 22, PTI reported. The issue is expected to value the company at around $11 billion as it plans to make its market debut by September 30. The IPO will consist of both fresh issue and offer-for-sale, offering a total of 47.58 crore shares.
