Chef Ranveer Brar recalled his stint with the late industrialist Ratan Tata when he worked as a junior sous chef at a Taj property in Goa. "His idea of a good breakfast was a good croissant and orange juice. He was the least fussy person that I've seen," Brar said. He added Tata used to have his breakfast "very quietly".
