Tata Steel was ordered to pay £1.5 million (₹17.28 crore) after its worker Justin Day was found crushed by a large steel beam at the Port Talbot plant in 2019. Day was crushed when an area he was working in was made "live" after he returned to area after a break. Systems in place weren't "sufficiently adhered", the court said.
