The cold-blooded murder of gangster Chandan Mishra inside Patna's Paras Hospital has brought a new name into the spotlight: Tauseef Badshah. According to police, he already had a criminal record and was named in at least one case under the Arms Act. Tauseef is believed to have moved deeper into organised crime, allegedly accepting money to carry out contract killings.
