TCS has reacted to the reports that stated the company may lay off more than 30,000 employees. "The speculations are incorrect and misleading. The impact [of restructuring plans] is limited to 2% of workforce," TCS said in a statement issued to Livemint. Earlier, a mid-level TCS employee stated that company's plans to lay off 12,000 employees could exceed 30,000.
