Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has introduced a Quick Joiner Incentive Plan, offering vendors ₹40,000 per senior candidate who joins within 30 days. The move targets faster onboarding of experienced hires to support growing client demand and large deals. However, if the employee exits within six months, the incentive must be returned, ensuring vendor accountability and candidate stability.
