TCS announced a 100% variable pay for over 70% of its workforce for FY26 April-June quarter, reports stated. This will apply to all employees up to the C2 grade, while those in higher grades will get bonuses based on their team's results. The grade structure starts at Y (trainee), followed by C1 (systems engineer), C2, C3, C4, C5, and CXO.
