TCS Chief HR Officer Sudeep Kunnumal has informed employees that the company will roll out higher variable pay to senior employees, depending on the individual and unit performance. He added that junior employees will get 100% of the quarterly variable allowance. The IT major on Thursday reported a 1.4% YoY hike in its net profit at ₹12,075 crore for Q2.
