Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will freeze hiring of experienced personnel and pause annual salary hike, reports said quoting people aware of the development. This comes after the company said that it will sack 12,000 people or 2% of its workforce of 600,000. Earlier, TCS reportedly delayed the onboarding of over 600 experienced professionals.
