TDP MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna called the former Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy a "psycho" in the state assembly on Thursday. Balakrishna, the brother-in-law of Andhra CM Chandrababu Naidu, was reacting to claims that ex-CM Reddy didn't give appointments to Tollywood personalities when he was CM. In response, YSRCP General Secretary Jupudi Prabhakara called Balakrishna the real "psycho".
