Tech Mahindra's headcount declined to 1,52,714 employees, down 1,559 employees from a year ago. The company also reported a last-twelve-month IT attrition rate of 12.8% in the September quarter, compared to 12.6% in the previous quarter. Its IT headcount increased sequentially in the second quarter but declined by 1,459 QoQ and by 2,090 YoY.
