A 55-year-old techie, Anup Kumar Nair, locked himself in his flat in Navi Mumbai for three years and was rescued by the Social and Evangelical Association for Love (SEAL). Nair, who was reportedly depressed, communicated with the outside world through food orders. His mother and father passed away in the last six years, a SEAL official said.
