An IT professional was arrested in Gujarat for colluding with his ex-colleague to steal sensitive data from the software firm he worked for and setting up a rival firm. The man, given WFH on special request, stole data from a company-issued system containing proprietary source codes, customer records and design formulas. The breach came to light after company's internal audit.
