A 33-year-old techie, waiting on his bike for his fiancée outside a Pune IT company, was beaten up by men. The victim was allegedly thrashed by friends of a cab driver who directed them to attack an IT professional having an affair with a woman the driver liked. When the target didn't arrive, the frustrated friends attacked the wrong target.
