A 19-year-old, Jenil Barbaya, was brutally attacked during a Dandiya event at Mumbai's NESCO Compound, Goregaon East in Mumbai on September 26. Rushed to Tunga Hospital ICU, he is now stable. Videos on social media show him bleeding from the nose. Three youths were detained but reportedly escaped from the police van.
