Shares of Tega Industries Limited jumped on Monday following the Board's approval for ₹4,000 crore fundraise via equity, convertibles or debt. Separately, Plutus Wealth Management LLP bought 5.15 lakh equity shares (0.77% stake) on NSE for ₹101.1 crore, at an average price of ₹1,963.2 per share.
