India's Tejas Mk2 will feature the indigenous Uttam Mk2 AESA radar with a revolutionary swashplate mechanism. Developed by DRDO, this upgrade expands the field of view beyond 100 degrees. Using GaN modules, it tracks 64 targets and engages six simultaneously, significantly boosting aerial defence capabilities against modern threats.
