RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on Thursday claimed that gunshots were fired outside his residence in Bihar's Patna. "There is a complete rule of criminals in place...Shooting is taking place outside my residence in a VVIP area, it had never happened before. Nobody is safe in Bihar," he said. The claim comes a day ahead of PM Modi's visit to Bihar.
