RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has declared himself as the chief ministerial face of the Mahagathbandhan (Grand Alliance) for Bihar elections. The announcement was made in presence of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and SP's Akhilesh Yadav during the last leg of 'Voter Adhikar Yatra'. Rahul, who has so far avoided commenting on the CM face issue, remained silent during the declaration.
