A Telugu postgraduate medical student, identified as Dr Vinod Kumar Goud, was found dead in his room at the Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) in Maharashtra on Saturday, September 27. His fellow residents have alleged that the death was linked to a culture of harassment and exploitation.
