An 18-year-old woman survived a near-fatal accident on Union Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee after falling off an electric scooter and being run over by a Toyota RAV4 at a traffic light. CCTV shows the driver moving forward without seeing her. She was treated for bruises and released. Police cited the driver for failing to maintain a safe lookout.
