A TCS employee has claimed he was assaulted by HR staff at the company's Noida office after asking about his severance pay following sudden termination. The employee alleged that the HR first refused to reply to him and when he tried to film the interaction, they physically restrained him and twisted his hand. He added that he filed a complaint.
